Their client Adnan Sen gives Davina three months to attempt to shift the property, and becomes frustrated in the third instalment when the property struggles to get any interest. So, has Davina managed to sell the $75million mansion?
The short answer is no, but the Selling Sunset star did recently open up about a potential lead that colleague Maya Vander might've has brought in. 'This is brand new information,' Davina revealed to E!. "So, Maya actually has an interested client, who's seriously considering it... I'm very hopeful that we'll get an offer from Maya's client. That would be so fabulous!"
Davina previously told the Metro that Adnan is "open to negotiating" on the price, adding, "Adnan is still a client. He’s a great client and he’s very well aware that the listing is overpriced, but I think he is open to negotiating and potentially working together more."

Reckon they'll take a pack of smarties and a fiver?
