There are always some high street styles that capture the imaginations of shoppers more than others, and this summer Mango has come up with the secret formula.

Its loose-fitting halter-neck dress sold out in 48 hours when it first went on sale and has now been restocked due to meet customer demand. The look taps into two of the season's key trends - tie-dye and the the midaxi hemline, which falls just above the ankle and about inch lower than mid-calf.

Priced at £79.99, the dress is as much a strong holiday wardrobe contender, as it is a chic look to wear to a summer wedding.

The sell-out style forms part of Mango's collaboration with fashion influencer Sofía Sanchez de Betak, who wore a tiered look from the same collection to the Met Gala this year. Her strapless dress was comprised of tie-dye ruffles that again fell to a midaxi hemline, revealing a pair of orange textured court shoes. Although the dress itself sold out within a day, the shoes are still available to buy.
