Remember when Willow Smith first burst onto the music scene in the now infamous Whip My Hair? That was back in 2010, over 11 years ago - and Willow has continued to dominate the music scene ever since.

Her single t r a n s p a r e n t s o u l hit TikTok hard, and as part of her fourth studio album release promo Willow took to Facebook to stream a performance of her now meaty discography (you can watch the full thing over here).

The video, entitled Willow in Concert: Lately I Feel Everything was a 48 minute treat featuring bangers like Wait a Minute, Lipstick and a pop-punk rendition of her pop debut Whip My Hair. And as the final tune drew to a close, Willow sat on a stool and began a guitar solo while a hair stylist took to the stage to shave off her hair, leaving behind a fierce buzzcut.

After the final chord of the song, Willow sat peacefully, seeming to enjoy the silence and take in the moment. She'd mentioned in a BTS clip that she was considering shaving her head, adding:

'This is gonna be my third time in my life shaving my head. I'm always shaving my head at monumental times in my life, when things are really changing. And this is definitely one of those moments.'

Literally just last week, Willow's mama Jada Pinkett-Smith also shaved her head, reposting a beautiful picture of herself with Willow, Jada captioning it, 'Willow made me do it because it was time to let go BUT my 50s are about to be divinely lit with this shed.'

Jada has opened up previously about her experiences with alopecia, for which she has received steroid injections. She has embraced pixie crops and head wraps in the past too, but it's awesome to see Willow and Jada able to bond over the clearly significant shared experience of shaving their hair.

Anyone else suddenly got the buzzcut urge too?
