School Of Rock actor Kevin Clark sadly dies aged 32

Actor Kevin Clark from School Of Rock has sadly died aged 32 in a bicycle accident. He played drummer Freddy Jones in the film.

According to the Chicago Sun-Times (via Sky News), the road incident happened during the early hours of Wednesday 26th May.

Tributes have been pouring in for Kevin from his School Of Rock co-stars, with Jack Black taking to Instagram to share his condolences. He wrote, "Devastating news. Kevin is gone. Way too soon. Beautiful soul. So many great memories. Heartbroken. Sending love to his family and the whole School of Rock community."

Rivkah Reyes, who played Katie in the movie, added, "I’m so sorry to his beautiful mom allison, his siblings Nicole and Cary, and to everyone who experienced his friendship and loving heart. I miss him so much."

Clark played Freddy in The School Of Rock, his only acting role. He started playing the drums aged five, and got the part in the film seven years later, aged 12. He continued with his music into adulthood in bands and with teaching.
