The sweet breakfast drink comes in 8-oz. cans or 13.7 oz. glass bottles
This is the ultimate breakfast mashup.
On Tuesday, Victor Allen’s Coffee announced a partnership with General Mills to launch Cinnamon Toast Crunch iced coffee.
The childhood favorite cereal is transformed into a flavorful iced coffee drink. It comes in a 12-pack of 8-oz. cans or 13.7 oz. glass bottles. Starting in early February, the coffee beverages will be available at Sam’s Club. Then, they will hit shelves at major retailers in March.
Back in 2020, Cinnamon Toast Crunch introduced “Cinnadust,” a seasoning blend that mimicked the iconic taste of the breakfast treat. The seasoning was a blend of cinnamon and sugar with some sweet notes of vanilla and graham.
Like the iced coffees, the spices originally dropped at Sam’s Club.
In more fun coffee news, Starbucks recently announced a new pink frappuccino for Valentine’s Day.
Customers can now order the Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Crème Frappuccino and the Chocolate Hazelnut Cookie Cold Brew.
A take on the popular Valentine’s Day dessert, the new frappuccino features a blend of ice, milk, strawberry puree and java chips, layered on top of a splash of strawberry puree and topped with whipped cream. Meanwhile, the sweet cold brew layers hazelnut syrup with chocolate cream cold foam and a chocolate cookie crumble topping.
The season of love is also being marked in Starbucks stores around the world, including China, Japan and Europe, according to a press release from the chain. In Latin America and the Caribbean, Starbucks locations will offer two pink beverages: The Cupid Cream Shaken Tea and the Cupid Frappuccino.
The new beverages come after Starbucks announced the launch of their Oleato drinks on Monday. Oleato (Italian for oiled) debuted in Italian Starbucks stores in February 2023, as well as popping up in some California locations in spring 2023. Now it will appear in all shops across the U.S. and Canada.
