Saira Khan shared a very special family moment with fans and followers on Instagram on Sunday(21 March). The former Loose Women star revealed it was the anniversary of their daughter Amara joining the family. This year was extra special as it marks 10 years since the family travelled to Pakistan to meet and adopt their daughter; a journey captured at the time in a BBC documentary about their international adoption process.
The TV personality shared moving clips from the documentary, of the day her husband and son came out to Karachi to join her and meet the new addition.
She wrote in the caption: "Today, 21st March, is the day my household celebrates 'Family Day'. It’s the Day when 3 became 4.
"This is the moment when after 4 weeks of being in Karachi, Steve and Zac came to Karachi to meet the new member of the Family."
Following the video with another clip, this one of the first moment her husband Steve held his baby daughter.
The powerful clips really show the beauty and variety of ways in which parents are blessed with children. For those wanting to watch the full documentary, sadly it's not currently streaming on iPlayer.
Saira replied in the comments to explain: "Thank you for such wonderful comments. Sorry but this documentary is not available online. It was aired on BBC2 in 2011."

Amara is now a gorgeous and happy 10 year old, with the mother and daughter duo sharing this fun fashion themed video on Family Day. And it's clear they were always meant for each other.
Saira has spoken openly about her experience with infertility, most recently on Mother's Day when she told followers : "To all who suffer infertility, please keep the hope to start a family. Look at all the options out there to make your dreams come true.
"I became a mother by having IVF and adoption after being told I had stage 3 endometriosis. Nothing is impossible. 🙏🏽"
