Uk viewers were expecting the very hyped fifth series of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars to land on Netflix over the weekend, and would have been disappointed to find that the show wasn't dropping over the weekend and according to Netflix, has been delayed until at least Saturday 13th June.

Over the weekend Netflix announced that the show would not be landing as planned "due to factors beyond our control, but we will get the first *two* episodes from next Saturday (13th), and new episodes each Saturday thereafter."

Contestants returning to the main stage for season five include Shea Couleé, Jujubee, Alexis Mateo, Derrick Barry and Ongina. Season five will also welcome Bebe Rexha, Tessa Thompson and Ricky Martin to the judging panel.

In a shock twist before the season launch, RuPaul announced that main challenge winners will not compete in the legacy lip sync and neither will they be given the opportunity to send fellow competitors home, as has become tradition in All Stars.

Instead rules will be "suspended forever", and each week a queen will challenge a secret lip sync assassin from a previous season at the end of every episode. Anyone else in disbelief that we have to wait another week to see this wild-west of drag play out?

Twitter wasn't keen, to say the least:

We're sure it'll be worth the wait, especially if Shea Couleé is involved.
