Rosie Jones shares how she confronts ableist abuse and trolls on social media
Rosie Jones has shared how she copes with the abuse she receives from trolls on social media.
Speaking to Good Morning Britain on Tuesday, 17 September, the comedian, 33, recalled her experiences of facing nasty comments and how she keeps social media "at an arms' distance."
Jones, who has cerebral palsy and has been a vocal campaigner against ableism, said: "I know that the abuse I get towards me isn't always about me, it's about them."
It comes after Jones shared a message she received from a man who claimed he wouldn’t be watching the upcoming series of Taskmaster because Jones is “ruining” the show and “guaranteed to win it”.
