Rochelle Humes shared two selfies with husband Marvin this morning in honour of his birthday. Rochelle wrote a touching tribute to the father of three, describing him as “the most selfless human on the planet” who is the ultimate family man, “always putting our little gang before anything and anyone.”

The presenter also praised Marvin for having her “back like no other” and said their family “couldn’t love [him] any more if [they] tried.”

Rochelle ended the post with a cheeky promise to let Marvin sleep in as a special birthday treat.

Famous friends were quick to add their own well wishes, with Loose Women’s Stacey Soloman commenting “Happy birthday Marv”.

This Morning’s Ruth Langsford also said she hoped a “fellow Pisces” got his lie in, but bet that “the kids will be too excited” to let that happen.

On her Instagram story, Rochelle shared a peek of the star’s special breakfast for the occasion. One snap revealed a table set with fruit and flowers surrounded by balloons. The photo was followed by a pic of a “birthday BLT” baguette, with plenty of bacon and avocados.

Having married in 2012, the couple will celebrate their ninth anniversary this July and have welcomed three children together. The pair have two daughters Alaia and Valentina and most recently a son, Blake.
