Riverdale's KJ Apa is going to be a dad for the first time

Get your best cooing voice ready, because KJ Apa from Riverdale's girlfriend Clara Berry is pregnant and expecting their first child.

The actor, 23, took to Instagram to reveal they were going to be parents, sharing a photo sat on the sofa with Clara's baby bump on show. The model shared a series of snaps of her own, with the caption "馃馃嵆"

In case the message wasn't clear, KJ commented, "she's pregnant btw" to which Clara replied, "We are."

Fans were unsurprisingly over the moon for the pair. Someone commented, "Wow congratulations 鉂わ笍 馃対 angel" and another put, "Ahhh congrats!" Cara Delevingne added, "Congratulations to both of you."

Vanessa Morgan, who acts alongside KJ in Riverdale and welcomed her first child in January commented "River's soon to be bestie" while other co-stars Madelaine Petsch and Charles Melton sent crying and heart emojis. Adorable.

KJ and Clara confirmed their relationship in February 2020 with an Instagram post with the caption, "Coup de foudre" ("Love at first sight"). He later shared an insight into their couple-y holiday in August, sharing a photo of Clara sunbathing naked with the caption, "There's nowhere else."

According to Vogue, Clara is a 27-year-old model signed to Present Model Management in 2016, who has worked with the likes of Viktor & Rolf, Off-White and Tommy Hilfiger.
