Rita Ora's been putting in the work in Sydney with none other than Rebel Wilson's PT, Jono Castano. Sharing a snap of the pop star getting fit done down under, Castano revealed her exact workout and one word... woof. Featuring challenging core exercises and one of the hardest full body finishers we've ever seen, Castano's pulling no punches in getting Ora fighting fit.
The breakdown: front pushes with a rotation, hanging overs, leg raises, hanging weighted hold, and the hamster wheel. Ora's working her entire core, upper body and posterior chain (that's the muscles that run along your back – glutes, hammies, back etc.) with Castano's grizzly sesh.
Hailed for being the personal trainer that helped Rebel Wilson smash her Year of Health goals (she's a hiking, biking, tyre-flipping fitness badass now, y'know), Castano's approach is all about nixing the excuses and leaving it all on the gym floor. Something Ora's doubled down on with her fitness efforts whilst she's in Australia.

The singer's also been seen to be getting on with back to back sessions – going straight from a personal training session to a boxing class.
