Hot girl summer arrived early when Rita Ora posted a set of steamy bikini pics on Instagram this week.

'Can’t wait for summer 🌞,' Rita captioned the pics.

If this is what summer looks like, count me in. The 31-year-old Poison singer is looking super toned in a tiny black string bikini, and particularly her core. 🔥 In the third pic in the post, Rita also shows us a glimpse of her ultra-toned booty in a leopard-print one-piece while underwater.

I was not the only one to notice. Rita’s comments section is almost as hot as her photos.

'Same ! Also 🥵🥵,' wrote stylist Carlos Nazario. 'I'm like 🥵🤟🔥 rn,' wrote another IG user.

So how does Rita stay so fit? Well, when she’s not soaking up the rays at the beach, she’s hitting the gym. She previously told Shape that she is into circuit training, often focused on her thighs and booty.

Rita posted photos and videos from a December workout that included chest presses while in a bridge position on a weight bench. There also seemed to be cupcakes involved in this post-workout routine, which I am highly in favour of.

She works with trainer Jono Castano, who shared some of his best secrets with the Daily Mail.

'My philosophy requires recommending a combination of workouts comprising HIIT, stretching, and recovery. It's important to ensure I hit each of the three areas for a rounded fitness and wellness plan,' he said. 'For example, with Rita, we might focus on HIIT cardio training in the first half of the week, then core and upper body in the middle, and lower body at the end.'

Jono Castano helps Rita start her weeks off with a bang (see what he did there) with hanging knee raises.

Rita also stays limber and keeps her mind and body relaxed with yoga (complete with a cute matching workout set, of course):

The singer also embraces her natural curves and sticks to a nutritious diet. Breakfast is often hard-boiled eggs, veggies, and muesli with almond milk. Then, at lunch and dinner, she adds in more protein with meals that include lean meats and more veggies.

'I didn't start working out to get skinnier—I started working out to feel better,' she told Shape. 'And I think it's important for women to know that. Don't be obsessed with being thin. You just have to be fit, healthy, and strong.'

Clearly, Rita knows it's allll about balance.
