The Crop Over summer festival is one of the Caribbean island’s most popular and colourful festivals. With its origins tracing back to the 1780s, Crop Over was historically set at the end of the sugar season, as a huge celebration to mark the successful sugar cane harvest. Now the festival attracts thousands of revellers from across the globe.
