Rihanna shows off her growing baby bump at the Oscars

Just weeks after making the surprise announcement that she and A$AP Rocky are expecting their second child, Rihanna put her baby bump on full display at last night's Oscars.

Taking to the red (read: champagne) carpet, Rihanna's growing baby bump was visible through her mesh dress and she cradled her belly as she posed for photos. Clearly, the singer is continuing to lead the way when it comes to daring maternity wear.

Over on Twitter, fans and celebrity friends were – unsurprisingly – showering Rihanna with praise for being a pregnant icon. "The baby bump," one fan said alongside a crying-face emoji, as another tweeted: "Rihanna is glowing with her baby bump at the #Oscars."

Someone else described Rihanna's baby bump as "beautiful".

Last month, during her Super Bowl Half Time Show, Rihanna revealed that she and A$AP are expecting their second child – meaning that the couple will soon have two children under the age of two! Luckily, RiRi says she's "loving" her new life as a mum, telling Vogue last year: "It’s the best."
