Rihanna just rocked honey blonde hair for the first time in years
Rihanna has rocked every type of beauty trend under the sun. The singer isn’t afraid to mix up her looks and what’s even more amazing is that she effortlessly pulls off each and every one.
Just recently, she has served one of the shortest micro-fringes we’ve ever seen, a hairstyle inspired by her 2006 Unfaithful days and let’s not forget the way she brought the mullet back into fashion. A true trendsetter.
Now, in a new bunch of Instagram snaps, RiRi has returned to a hair look that she hasn’t worn in years. Yep, she’s rocking honey blonde hair.
In the pictures, Rihanna can be seen lying on the floor amongst a bunch of vinyl records and lounging on a fluffy blue chair with some of the most intense-looking high heels I’ve ever seen – and in each pic, she’s wearing a long honey blonde wig with dark roots.
Blonde hair is a trend Rihanna has worn many times in the past but it’s one she hasn’t done in ages. Even then, she usually opted for platinum blonde hair over warmer tones like this.
In the moment of obsessing over her new look, we almost completely missed the reason for the Insta post. Rihanna announced a limited-edition ‘Rih-Issue’ of all eight of her albums.
While it isn’t quite the new music that fans are hoping for, she is pretty busy running a billion dollar empire with the likes of Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin and Savage x Fenty, to be fair.
