Rihanna is bringing her Fenty show back to New York Fashion Week
Rihanna's next Fenty fashion show will be back in New York City, WWD has reported. After presenting in Paris for the past two seasons, the singer-turned-designer is heading back to the city where she first brought her Puma collaboration to the catwalk.
Rihanna has yet to comment on the move, but Puma released a statement:
"After two successful seasons showing during Paris Fashion Week, Rihanna has decided to return to New York and show her Fenty Puma by Rihanna spring 2018 collection during NYFW, making this the first time she will present during September NYFW."
Rihanna held her first Fenty Puma show in New York in February last year, debuting with an autumn/winter 2016 collection. As the sportswear brand announced, her next catwalk show will be her first time presenting a spring collection in NYC.
There are no further details on the presentation's scheduled date or theme yet, but considering Rihanna's previous goth-influenced, Marie Antoinette-inspired and private-school-esque collections, expect this next one to be as perfectly extravagant.
