Richard Malone and AHLUWALIA's Priya Ahluwalia have been tapped to design limited-edition collections for Mulberry.
As part of the British brand's 50th-anniversary celebrations, executives have selected the rising fashion stars to create capsule lines for Mulberry Editions.
In addition, Nicholas Daley will also collaborate with the heritage label's team on new items, with the designers all tasked with "re-imagining an existing Mulberry silhouette".
"I'm delighted that Mulberry is collaborating with three such talented designers, each with their own innovative design ethos and unique creative voice," said Mulberry chief executive officer, Thierry Andretta. "It has been a pleasure to work with each of them, and to share Mulberry's passion for innovation, craft, and sustainability."
London-based, Irish-born designer/artist Malone is known for his commitment to sustainability, having previously chosen to release his collections in limited numbers.
Meanwhile, Ahluwalia's aesthetic combines elements from her dual Indian-Nigerian heritage and London roots, with the designer also exploring ways to give existing materials new life through textile techniques.
And Daley, who is of Jamaican and Scottish descent, often uses his creations to question and reflect the notion of multiculturalism within the British identity.
"Ahluwalia, Malone, and Daley are distinct, powerful voices within contemporary British culture. We are honoured to be working with them, and excited to introduce their capsules to a global audience this year," a Mulberry spokesperson added.
Items in the Mulberry Editions collection will drop throughout 2021.
