From castles to characterful cottages, Airbnb has revealed the most wish-listed historical homes in the UK as part of its new Historical Homes Category. Whether you're curious about heritage or want to immerse yourself in England's colourful past, these homes are perfect for stepping back in time.
"The new Historical Homes Category on Airbnb will not only allow travellers from all over the world to discover the richness of British cultural heritage, but it also opens up previously overlooked destinations and helps disperse tourism and its economic benefits in a more equitable way," says Amanda Cupples, General Manager for Northern Europe at Airbnb.
