Renée Zellweger and Bradley Cooper delighted fans with their warm reunion at last night's 92nd Academy Awards, and reminded the world that they were once a couple back in 2009.
The Hollywood stars were pictured enjoying a chat as they took to their seats at the ceremony last night, which saw Renée pick up a Best Actress Oscar for her performance in Judy.
Bradley was at the event to support Joker, which he co-produced. He and Renée began dating after meeting on the set of supernatural thriller Case 39, with Bradley telling E! at the time: "I can't say enough about her [Renee]. I just love her. I [loved] coming to work. I love acting with her. I can learn so much from her."
The couple split in 2011, and since then the A Star is Born actor and director has welcomed a daughter with former partner model Irina Shayk. Renée was dating musician, songwriter, and producer Doyle Bramhall II until last year.
The 50-year-old actress has swept this year's award ceremonies winning Best Actress at the 2020 Film Independent Spirit Awards, the 2020 BAFTAs, 2020 Critics' Choice Awards, the 2002 SAG Awards, the 2020 Golden Globes.
It's been 16 years since she was nominated for an Academy Award, following her 2004 nomination and win for her role in Cold Mountain. Renée won Best Supporting Actress for her role as Ruby Thewes in the war film, where she starred alongside Nicole Kidman and Jude Law.
