What's Lupin part 2 going to be about?

The French Netflix series centres around a Parisian janitor named Assane Diop, played by the superbly cast Omar Sy. As a child Diop was given a book about Arsène Lupin, the fictional gentleman thief and master of disguise created by novelist Maurice Leblanc. Now, seeking revenge for his father who died in prison after he was accused of a crime he didn’t commit, Diop masters the art of disguise and slight of hand in order to pull off a stunning heist.

Part 1 finished with Diop desperately searching for his son Raoul (Etan Simon), who was abducted by the Pellegrini family - the same family whose false accusation of theft landed Diop's father in prison. Diop is also being chased by Detective Youssef Guedira (Soufiane Guerrab), who tracked him down after being thrown off the Louvre case.

Who's in the cast for Lupin part 2?

Part 1 of the series stars Omar Sy (Jurassic World) in the lead role alongside Vincent Londez, Ludivine Sagnier, Soufiane Guerrab, Clotilde Hesme, Nicole Garcia, and Hervé Pierre. Judging from the trailer, it looks like all of the main cast are set to return for part 2, there could even be some new characters introduced to the show.
