This article contains spoilers for And Just Like That
Sex and the City reboot And Just Like That may be showing us a very different side to Cynthia Nixon's once pragmatic Miranda as she follows her heart to Cleveland – but one thing always remains the same... Carrie Bradshaw's gorgeous, glossy curls.
The new series follows Carrie, Miranda and Kristin Davis's Charlotte as they navigate relationships in their 50s, with our favourite sex columnist-turned-podcaster reluctantly dipping her Manolos into the dating pool again after the sudden death of her husband, Big.
As expected, and along with all the glorious fashion – some of which we previously cherished in the original series – Sarah Jessica Parker's Carrie has been giving great hair throughout the last eight episodes. From the sleekest of buns to luscious bed-head waves, we can't get enough of her 'dos.
The good news is, we can attempt to recreate her character's haircare routine at home, as the very hair towel Carrie can be seen wearing in the show appears to be the cult Aquis Hair Turban Lisse Luxe White, priced at £30.
While the hero hair turban is suitable for all hair types, it's ideally recommended for curly and delicate hair that requires gentle treatment – rather than the frantic towel drying that we're all guilty of when we're in a rush and which can cause damage and frizz to hair fibres.
The Lisse Luxe Hair Turban also decreases drying time, wraps easily around wet hair fastening with a single button closure – leaving your hands free to get ready and go.
The beauty editor-approved hair towel is also available in a Desert Rose and Hot Pink.
If you're on a tight budget (it is January after all) then Marks and Spencer's Recycled Microfibre Hair Turban – made from recycled polyester and priced at just £5 – is a great bargain.
Alternatively, Oliver Bonas' Coconut Oil Infused Hair Drying Turban is also very affordable at £7.50. The towel aims to strengthen your hair and improve moisture retention with the infused coconut oil.
Hey, if it can help us achieve hair as glossy as Carrie's, we're down.
