Rebel Wilson reveals that she is in a relationship with a woman in sweet Instagram snap

In lovely Pride Month news, actress Rebel Wilson has shared that she is a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and is in a relationship with a woman. The Australian star has taken to Instagram to post a snap of herself together with her girlfriend, designer Romana Agruma.

To caption the post, Rebel, 42, wrote: 'I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince… but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess.' She added in a rainbow emoji, and the hashtag #loveislove.

Last month, the fitness lover did remark that she was in a relationship, though she kept the identity of the person she was referencing – now understood to be Romana – close to her chest, telling People magazine that she had been set up with someone 'through a friend' and spent weeks getting to know the person through the phone, before an IRL meet-up. Speaking to the publication, she described the union as 'equal' and 'healthy'.

And it looks like the friend in question is pretty proud of himself. Following Rebel's post, her friend, Aussie actor and singer Hugh Sheridan, posted a carousel of videos and snaps to the app of himself with Rebel and Romana, revealing himself to be the match-maker. He captioned this: 'My two best friends ;) call me c-hupid 🏹 #genius.'

Though the pair have only just revealed that they are together, romantically, Rebel and Ramona have been spotted out and about together on multiple occasions over the past few weeks, and Ramona has made a series of appearances on Rebel's IG. The pair posed together for photos at the Vanity Fair Oscars party in March, and were papped at Rebel's birthday trip to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico in the same month.
