We've watched Pitch Perfect enough times to know that Rebel Wilson is a comedy queen. So we couldn't be happier that she's showing off those comedy skills all over Instagram; with a recent post showing followers her hilarious fake workout routine, involving a boat and a bottle of vodka.
On Monday this week Rebel posted a video to Instagram, showing her standing on the deck of a boat in a red dress holding a huge bottle of Grey Goose vodka. The video came eith the caption, "Rebel Fitness. Rebel Fitness onboard Mrs L. #monaco🇮🇩 ".
Holding the bottle on its side, Rebel says, "Hey guys, I just wanted to show you my new workout routine, I call this the Monaco routine," she says before breaking into bicep curls with the bottle.
"Basically, we're just gonna work the biceps. This is just 4.5 litres of vodka, and... I'm really trying to tone the upper arms, so we switch; we first do some biceps and then take it over head," at this point she begins to shoulder press the bottle (which does actually look quite heavy) above her head. "You just really want to feel that burn," she adds.
She then slings the bottle over her shoulder and runs towards a set of stairs (on the very swanky looking boat), saying, "Then you wanna run up and down the stairs like this... I'm not gonna run and up down the stairs right now but, you guys get the picture." She then finishes the 'workout' with this hilarious pose, telling fans, "That's basically your arm workout for the day."
Fans and friends were quick to react to the post, with Pitch Perfect co-star Brittany Snow commenting, "Finally a workout routine I understand," while Ruby Rose wrote, "I'm so jealous of everything going on in this video."
This isn't the first time Rebel has got a little inventive with her workouts. In June this year she posted a video of her doing squats with a wombat. Yes, you read that correctly.
