Rebel Wilson is totally channelling Wonder Woman in her latest Instagram posts. The Senior Year star, 41, just showed off her sculpted legs in a series of brand new photos—and the #fitspo is real.

Rebel wears a red, sequinned dress while posing in the waves on a holiday to Fiji, and her toned legs are on full display. 'Totes mermaid vibes 🧜♀️ 📸: @lauriebaileyphoto,' she captioned one of the three posts, and her followers couldn't agree more.

The Hilton family definitely approved: Kathy commented, '🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😍,' while Paris added, '😍.' And, photographer Laurie Bailey added, 'This is one of my faves. I mean…you are gorgeous and badass and glam and brilliant and all the things in this photo. Best shoot ever. ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥.'

If you're wondering how Rebel stays so fit, you're in luck. Since beginning her "Year of Health" back in 2020, the Jojo Rabbit star has been super open about her fitness journey.

For starters, Rebel works out six days a week with the help of trainer Jono Castano. She likes to do a mix of cardio and weightlifting: 'Ladies, don’t be afraid of weights,' she shared. 'I fricking love lifting weights. It just makes you feel, like, really strong.'

She's also posted about stair sprints and battle ropes workouts on her IG before. And, she stays active outdoors by playing tennis. '🎾 Who wants to play me? 😜,' she captioned a video shot on the court:

Rebel loves a good, long walk, too. They help keep her motivated, she explained on IG: 'Started off having a bad day 🤢 but took myself on a giant walk, listening to some motivational podcasts & audiobooks (currently @antmiddleton The Fear Bubble) out in gorgeous nature...drank water...and you know what feel soooo much better now,' she captioned one post.

'We all have tough days but take a beat, take a nap and then get back out there and continue to crush 😘.'

Food-wise, Rebel's been loving the Mayr Method. It's an eating plan that focuses on reducing sugar, gluten, and dairy while emphasising mindful eating, especially with whole foods.

Rebel also recently opened up about her struggle with emotional eating on IG. 'I remember this was when I was at my most unhealthiest—being overweight and indulging way too much with junk food. Using food to numb my emotions...It was such a sad time. I didn’t think highly of myself and wasn’t valuing myself how I should have,' she wrote.

'I look back now at that girl and am so proud of what she’s become and achieved,' she added. 'It’s never too late to start improving yourself and trying to be the best version of YOU possible.'
