But days after the dramatic break-up, it seems that Humphries is back and ready to get on with her life, posting a picture of Beyonce to prove it.
After a difficult few days, in which Walsh and Jones survived elimination on Sunday’s show, Humphries broke her social media silence on Tuesday.
Posting a still from Beyonce’s Hold Up music video, which sees the pop star smash up cars following news of her husband’s infidelity, she wrote: “She’s back!”
The actress then followed up the caption with the very telling hashtags “#takenoutthetrash” and “#andtookthecat”.
Humprhies publicly dumped Walsh on Twitter last week, accusing him of lying to her about the nature of his relationship with Jones and admitting that she’d taken the cat they’d shared.
The actress claimed that Walsh had branded her "nuts" and a "psycho" when she told him she thought something was going on between him and his dance partner Jones, who is married to fellow Strictly professional Neil Jones.
Humphries, who was living with her boyfriend in Shepherd's Bush before the pictures emerged, said Walsh made the remarks after he called her at 10pm on her birthday and told her he was going for "one innocent drink" with his dance partner.
She added that she was at home on her own at the time and that she has not received an apology from him. Her fiery statement concluded: "I'm not sorry I took the cat though."
