Jennifer Lopez kicked off the first month of summer with a few spicy bikini pics on Instagram, and all I can say is that it's leaving everyone, well, kinda speechless.
'Summer mode: activated. 😎🖤,' J.Lo wrote in her caption. She was dressed in a black string bikini with gold details, which she paired with a long black coverup and sunglasses. Jennifer also rocked some nude heels to complete the look.
It’s no surprise that J.Lo, 52, is a fit AF queen. She’s been making jaws drop since she was just "Jenny from the Block." But her friends and fans hyped the "Let’s Get Loud" singer up in the comments anyway!
'On fire 🔥,' wrote photographer John Russo. 'IM IN LOVE 🥵🥵🥵,' another fan wrote. And celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton chimed in, too: 'Yess 🔥🔥🔥🔥,' he commented.
The Marry Me star definitely puts in work at the gym. One of her celebrity trainers, David Kirsch, gave Vogue an inside look into her intense workout regimen.
'We mix some cardio, plyometrics, full-body, core and lower body into her workouts—they are very, very intense and she takes it very seriously, which is exciting for someone like me. You say, "we’re going to do this", and she’s like, "great!"' he told the magazine. 'Her workouts are fast-paced. She’s very focused and high energy.'
Kirsch said he usually incorporates some of his favourite moves into the workouts: Sumo lunges, sidekicks and plyometric squat jumps.
'Jennifer and I do a lot of platypus walks with a wide stance. Also known as a sumo walking squat,' he said. 'It’s great for your inner thighs and butt.'
Clearly, it's working! Jennifer also does single leg deadlifts, boxing, and Pilates, her trainer told Vogue.
One of her other trainers, Dodd Romero, told Oprah Daily that Jennifer works out four to five days a week for at least an hour at a time. Phew! 'We’ll go until everything’s sore and we’ve hit every body part,' he told US Weekly.
When it comes to her favourite foods, Jennifer’s personal chef divulged to US Weekly that her fridge is always stocked with sparkling water and plenty of fruits and veggies.
'There’s always greens like spinach, cucumber, and celery to make green juice,' he said, adding that eggs and turkey bacon are also on the breakfast menu.
Take notes, everyone! J.Lo knows what’s up.
