Queen Elizabeth flew in to Kensington Palace on Monday via helicopter to meet her newest great-grandson, Prince Louis. She has been staying at Windsor Castle, where her husband Prince Philip is recuperating following his hip surgery, reports Reuters.

Prince Louis, who was born on 23 April in London's Lindo Wing, has had a steady stream of visitors since he went home last week. Carole Middleton is reportedly helping Kate out not only with the newborn baby, but also with her other grandchildren. For example, she was seen picking Prince George up from school.

Both of Kate's siblings, James and Pippa (who is rumoured to be expecting herself), have also been seen visiting Kensington Palace following the birth of little Louis.

It's unconfirmed at this point whether Prince Harry has met the young prince, but given that he and Meghan Markle live just a stone's throw away from William and Kate, it's safe to assume he's met his newest nephew.

Despite all of the excitement around Britain's newest prince, it's unlikely we'll see Louis out in public anytime soon. As is tradition, Kensington Palace should release a portrait of the new royal baby in the coming weeks. That photo might include Prince George and Princess Charlotte as well.

While Louis's older siblings will have roles in Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's upcoming wedding, we don't expect to see him at the celebration, given that he will be less than a month old.
