M&S Unveils 2022 Christmas Food Range, And Yes... It's Amazing
Whether you want to hear it or not, the countdown to Christmas has officially begun. And let's face it, who better to turn to than Marks & Spencer for some festive inspiration?
Revealing its food and drink must-haves for Christmas 2022, M&S has got everything from light-up chocolate boxes to musical gingerbread houses, and bottled cocktails to shortbread projection tins. What's more, they've only gone and released their food-to-order range including everything from camembert wreaths to handmade chocolate pine cones.
So, let's get started with the supermarket's incred party food collection, shall we?
Say hello to Marks & Spencer's Posh Prawn & Lobster Cocktails, Butternut & Ricotta Stacks, and Luxury Handcrafted Christmas Pies. Not stopping there, there's Canadian Scallop & Chorizo Skewers, Garlic Butter Brioche and Camembert Wreaths and Lobster & Mac Crostini Bites (appetisers for this year's celebrations = check).
For the main event, it's none other than M&S's Perfect Turkey Joint, smothered in a buttermilk stock brine, filled with pork, chestnut, cranberry and sloe gin stuffing and topped with apple-wood smoked streaky bacon. Yes, please!
Alongside this, you've got a Roast Butternut Squash Pie, Mushroom, Camembert & Parsnip Pie and Best-Ever Pig in Blankets.
As far as desserts go, you can enjoy a Santa's Cookie Pot (as good as it sounds), White Chocolate, Passion Fruit & Mango Snowglobe, Sherry Trifle and a Get Your Skates On Colin. That's right, even Colin the Caterpillar has had a festive makeover!
Moving onto bevs... Back again, the hotly-anticipated bottled cocktails are now available in three delicious flavours: Blueberry & Elderflower Gin Bramble, Clementine Gin Martini and Sloegroni (a wintery twist on the classic bittersweet negroni).
Next up, M&S has launched the first ever Magical Light-Up Chocolate Workshop. That's a box of delicious mini milk, dark, white, and blond chocolate gnomes and gingerbread men, that stare up at a dazzling festive scene that *actually* lights up.
And the fun doesn't stop there, there's even a Starry Night Shortbread Selection Projection Tin! We're talking about a classic dome-shaped biscuit tin filled with all butter and chocolate chip shortbread, that plays a fun Christmas tune, and even lights up with a rotating starry night projector... Where's the nearest M&S?
For even more chocolate, you can pick up M&S's Chocolate Gnomes and Percy Pig Postboxes.
