Sarah Ferguson is never scared to show her love and appreciation for her family, even her ex-husband Prince Andrew.

Taking to her Instagram account the former Duchess of York shared an adorable tribute to her former spouse, revealing how 'proud' she was of him.

The Duke of York, along with Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank, paid a visit yesterday to the RNOH NHS Trust – the UK's leading orthopaedic hospital – where Eugenie was treated for scoliosis at age 12.

Sharing photos from the day, Fergie gushed: 'So proud of Andrew, Eugenie and Jack today at the opening of the new Stanmore Building @rnohnhs.

'Eugenie was operated on there at the age of 12 for scoliosis and my family owes the hospital so much @princesseugenie #rnoh @the.rnoh.charity @hrhthedukeofyork.'

The message was so sweet, it seems, that followers of the 59-year-old even called on the former couple to reunite.

One fan wrote: 'I love Prince Andrew and ask him for his hand in marriage. Please please. ♥️♥️,' and another added: '@sarahferguson15 you have such a beautiful family !! I hope you and Andrew remarry !!'

Sarah's most recent family photo isn't the first time fans have called on the couple to reunite, with a photo recently posted by Princess Eugenie sparking more reconciliation rumours.

Sarah and Andrew divorced in 1996 after 10 years of marriage, but despite the seperation have remained close friends ever since. The couple share a house in Verbier, Switzerland, and even lived together (post-divorce) in the Royal Lodge in Windsor.

Despite the reconciliation rumours, all eyes at the hospital were on Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank, with the visit marking their first public engagement as a married couple.

So adorable!
