After Bridgerton fans processed the news that its season one leads, Phoebe Dynevor and Regé-Jean Page, were not romantically involved off camera - no matter how much they burned for each other on screen - there came another update that even Lady Whistledown would be thrilled by.
In March 2021 the rumour mill began to spin, suggesting that Bridgerton breakout star Dynevor is dating Saturday Night Live's Pete Davidson. The actor was famously engaged to Ariana Grande (we say famous because it's literally referenced in one of her biggest songs 'thank u, next', and has also dated Kate Beckinsale, Cazzie David and Kaia Gerber.
After rumours continued to swirl online with suggestions of sightings of Davidson and Dynevor, photographic evidence of the confirmed coupling came at Wimbledon 2021.
However, we hate to break it to our 'Dear readers', but the latest reports are that the couple decided to call it quits not long after those Wimbledon photos were taken, citing distance as a contributing factor to the break-up.
Here's what we know about Pete Davidson and Phoebe Dynevor's relationship, starting with the most recent update:

Davidson and Dynevor chose a particularly chic and quintessentially British manner to confirm their relationship publicly: At Wimbledon, of course!
The couple were photographed on the green seats of the tennis courts, with Davidson sat next to fellow comedian Jack Whitehall.
Unperturbed by the nearby photographers eager for A-List sightings at the SW19 tournament, the couple were seen sweetly kissing each other on the cheek, hugging and laughing together as they enjoyed the day out.
New York born and bred Davidson got into the spirit wearing a Wimbledon emblazoned cap and drinking from a tennis-ball decorated bottle, while the Bridgerton actress wore a green dress with her hair loosely tied back into a bun.
They look so cute together!
