If there is one thing Priyanka Chopra Jonas knows how to do, it’s throw an epic party.
The actress posted a slew of photos with her friends and family that showed a celebration worthy of this 40th birthday queen. The new mum was looking so happy and glowy in her many vacation ~looks~ in Cabo. But her core (which was on full display in various outfits) also totally stole the show.
And, of course, she had to thank her boo Nick for coordinating the whole thing.
'So grateful and thankful to be surrounded by so much love and to be able to spend time with my nearest and dearest. (Even though a lot of them flew in from very far). The most incredible celebrations planned and executed to perfection by my ♥️ @nickjonas,' she wrote in the caption of her birthday IG post. 'Words are not enough to thank you for the most memorable birthday… you really know how to love baby. I’m a lucky girl💕' Oh! To be married to Nick Jonas...
Priyanka treated all of her followers to a look at her posted up in an all-white outfit, taking in the sun by the pool. The newly minted 40-year-old is so strong with her hair pulled out of her face, and her core of steel on full display. Between her beautiful bikini top and crocheted cropped sweater and pants, she is truly strong all over.
In another photo, Priyanka rocks a yellow crotched outfit with a matching headscarf. And she also provides a little sneak peek at her daughter Malti and doting dad, Nick.
How does Priyanka stay so fit while traveling the world and looking oh-so-fabulous? Well, her routines are actually pretty simple and easy to follow.
In 2019, the actress told Pinkvilla that she is big into skipping. 'I learned it really, really well in school,' she said. 'I try to get my cardio in my skipping. It's easy to carry, you have your skipping rope in your bag, it's easy to do.' Noted!
She also told the outlet that she works out at least three times a week, and prefers to squeeze in a quick sweat session in the morning.
Priyanka is refreshingly committed to not overdoing it especially when she’s busy (like say, with her baby!). 'Honestly, I work out only when I need to,' she told Vogue India in 2021. 'My body responds very quickly to exercise, so I don’t need too long to tone up and get into shape.'
She also told the outlet that she likes to find movement throughout her day, especially when she is travelling. 'I try to be active in everyday life—I take the stairs instead of the elevators or walk instead of driving,' she said. Priyanka also loves a good, long hike, which she calls 'mother nature’s medicine.'
