The Princess of Wales visited mothers and their babies at the Royal Surrey County Hospital on Wednesday, 5 October.
In a particularly touching moment on the visit, Kate was seen cradling a baby girl, called Bianca.
While Kate cradled Bianca, she was seen speaking with the baby's mother, Sylvia Nouvak. The Princess' visit to the Royal Surrey County Hospital was to meet with the mothers and babies at the hospital's maternity ward.
In a post on the Prince and Princess of Wales' official social media account, a set of photographs were shared of the visit with further information. "With a focus on maternal mental health, alongside pioneering overnight facilities, Royal Surrey County Hospital ensures women and their families feel safe, supported and have the best chance of developing those all-important early attachments which are so crucial to ensuring their babies grow and thrive," reads the post.
It continues: "It was lovely to meet some of the new mothers and their babies who are supported by such a brilliant team at the hospital."
For the visit, the Princess of Wales looked radiant in a yellow outfit. Either a dress or top and skirt combination, the outfit featured a v-neckline, belted waist and pleated midi skirt.
To accessorise her look, Kate opted for a clutch bag and navy, pointed court shoes. She wore her long hair down in a signature, curled look.
In addition to meeting with mothers and babies being treated at the hospital, the Princess also met with healthcare workers who work at the Royal Surrey County Hospital.
The Princess of Wales is well-know for her work and campaigning for mothers and their children. She recently became patron of the Maternal Mental Health Alliance.
