Lady Kitty Spencer is now married!

Princess Diana's niece, 30, married multi-millionaire fashion mogul Michael Lewis, 62, in a lavish ceremony at Villa Aldo Brandini in Frascati, Italy, this weekend. The socialite's brothers Louis Spencer, Viscount Althorp, and Samuel Aitken walked her down the aisle
for the ceremony, which was attended by friends and family, per People.

Lady Spencer wore a Victorian-inspired Dolce & Gabbana custom gown, which featured a high neck, delicate buttons down the front, and a long train. She paired the gown with a traditional veil and subtle hoop earrings.

According to a behind-the-scenes video posted on the Dolce & Gabbana Instagram, the Italian house created a number of hand-made Alta Moda gowns for the occasion. Lady Spencer previously wore an emerald green Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda gown to her cousin Prince Harry's wedding to Meghan Markle, per Town and Country.

Lady Spencer is the eldest daughter of the Princess of Wales' brother, Charles Spencer, the 9th Earl Spencer. The 30-year-old is a professional model who made her catwalk debut for Dolce & Gabbana in 2017. Her engagement to Lewis was announced in January 2020, and they were married after more than two years of dating. This is the South African fashion mogul's second marriage.

According to People, the attendees included Kitty's sisters, twins Eliza and Amelia, Viscountess Emma Weymouth and her husband Ceawlin Thynn, the Marquess of Bath, pop star Pixie Lott, and Idris Elba's wife Sabrina Dhowre Elba. It does not appear that Prince William or Prince Harry attended the wedding, though the two are still close to their late mother's family, per People.

Prince William and Prince Harry recently reunited for the unveiling of a new honorary statue of Princess Diana at Kensington Palace, on what would have been their mother's 60th birthday. "Every day, we wish she were still with us, and our hope is that this statue will be seen forever as a symbol of her life and her legacy," a statement from both princes read.
