The Duke of Cambridge showed off his impressive golf swing which prompted applause from the Duchess of Cambridge and onlookers during their latest public engagement at a charity youth project in Durham.

Prince William and Kate were visiting the Cheesy Waffles Project at the Belmont Community Centre in Durham. The project helps to provide children, young people and adults with additional needs with the skills and independence they need to transition to a happy and healthy adulthood.

Kensington Royal shared a clip of William's impressive golf skills as he and Kate enjoyed a lesson with the charity, and later chatted with volunteers, and the young people benefiting from the project.

"Thank you to the Cheesy Waffles Project for the golf lesson," Kensington Royal wrote in their caption. "Think we might need to come back for more..."

The palace also revealed that the Cheesy Waffles Project receives support from The Key, a youth charity which works collaboratively with organisations across the North East of England to inspire belief in young people and empower them to achieve their full potential.

The Key was one of twenty-six charities chosen by William and Kate in 2011 to benefit from donations made to their Royal Wedding Charitable Gift Fund.

Earlier in the day, the duke and duchess had visited a sustainable farm in Darlington to see the work the farm was doing to improve productivity and ensure they are able to give back to the environment. The royal couple even did a test run on the tractors and fed lambs.
