Prince Harry's close friend, army veteran and Strictly star JJ Chalmers, has opened up about the Duke of Sussex's future work plans - and the answer is really impressive.

Since Harry and Meghan Markle moved to the US in March 2020, there's been plenty of discussion about what the couple will do for work now that they've stepped down from being senior working members of the royal family.

Prince Harry has even landed himself a new job, taking on the role of Chief Impact Officer at Silicon Valley start-up, BetterUp Inc.

But now, Harry's pal JJ has revealed that part of his work will always be serving the greater community, particularly due to his status as an army veteran.

In an interview with The Sun, JJ referenced Meghan and Harry's recent interview with Oprah Winfrey, saying, "Harry has made it very clear, not just throughout that interview but before it, that he wants to continue to serve the greater community – especially the ones he cares dearly about, including the armed forces community."

JJ went on to explain that Harry will continue his work as a UK army veteran, no matter where he's living.

"Harry will continue to serve because he is a veteran and that is what he is doing now, albeit from a different place. All of us are in different places now," JJ explained.

"It is veterans looking after the wider community. And we have shared that goal since we met," he added.

Prince Harry and JJ met in 204, with Harry going on to convince JJ to take part in the Invictus Games.

Since then, they've remained close friends - and Harry even made an appearance on Strictly Come Dancing to wish JJ good luck.

On top of his other work, Harry and Meghan have been adding various strings to their bow in recent months, signing deals with Netflix and Spotify, as well as continuing their charity work through their organisation, Archewell.

Well, they'll certainly be busy!
