As Prince Harry continues to make the most of his solo trip to the UK this week, the youngest son of King Charles is said to be in ‘very high spirits’ with a jam-packed schedule of activities to sink his teeth into. The Duke of Sussex was pictured visiting Armoury House in London this afternoon, Tuesday 7 May, as he attended an Invictus Games discussion called 'Realising a Global Community ', in his first sighting since touching down in the UK.

Harry flew in especially from his home in Montecito, California to celebrate ten years of the Invictus games this week, however it has also been revealed that he won't be meeting with his father during the trip due to their conflicting schedules. Yet even despite missing out on a reunion, the Duke shows no signs of discontent, with one body language expert even revealing that Harry is feeling “positive and proud.”

Speaking on behalf of Betfair Slots, body language expert Darren Stanton reveals: “Harry appears to be his most confident self during his return to the UK as he prepares for the Invictus Games. His body language suggests he’s feeling strong, as we can’t see him using self-reassurance gestures - which he often uses when feeling nervous.

“He is seen holding his head up high, with his shoulders back and displaying a bold grin. He’s developed a lot in terms of his inner strength and confidence. It tells us he is feeling very positive and proud about where he is right now. He is in very high spirits.”

While all eyes turn to the Prince and an organisation close to his heart, the Invictus Games, Darren explains that Harry is clearly giving his “full attention and engagement” to everyone he interacts with, a clear sign of his improved confidence.

Pointing out Harry’s continued use of eye contact and bold gestures, Darren also went on to highlight how this made him “open and welcoming” instead of “restricted and closed off” which he has been on previous occasions.

“He feels comfortable and at ease,” concludes the expert.

Although Harry has so far made it to the UK alone, his wife Meghan Markle is due to join him later in the week for a pre-planned trip to Nigeria. Confirming the news on ITV news, royal editor Chris Ship explained: " Prince Harry travelled to the UK alone - without Meghan or the children Archie and Lilibet.”

He then added: “Meghan will not accompany Harry to the St Paul’s Cathedral in London tomorrow. But she will be with Harry for their visit to Nigeria later this week.”
