Prince Harry took Meghan Markle to meet Kate Middleton, and it went great!
Things seem to be getting pretty serious for Prince Harry and his ladyfriend Meghan Markle.
Harry, 32, recently took 35-year-old Meghan to meet his sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, and his niece, Princess Charlotte. And according to The Sun, it went great!
"Kate was really looking forward to meeting Meghan and she knew how important it was to Harry," a source revealed.
"They are very close and he really values her opinion on girlfriends.
"Obviously Harry's mother, Princess Diana, died when he was very young so Kate really fulfils that older sister/maternal role.
"It went really well and Meghan was very excited about meeting her."
Well, yeah – she's only human!?
Meghan – who has been dating Harry for a few months now – already met his brother, Prince William, a few months ago but Kate was away at the time. And seeing as Harry and Kate are incredibly close, it was super-important for Hazza to get Kate's approval on Meghan.
"Harry and Meghan went over to Kate's apartment in Kensington Palace.
"William was also there and she got to play with Charlotte who she just adored.
"Meg had bought Kate a small birthday present – a very smart leather-bound 'dream diary' for her thoughts and ideas, which Kate loved.
"This just shows how serious Harry is. He wants to take their relationship to the next level."
All hail Princess Meghan.
