The Duke of Sussex reunited with his family as he returned to the UK for Prince Philip's funeral at St George's Chapel in Windsor this afternoon (April 17th).

Prince Harry has attended the Duke of Edinburgh's funeral procession alongside Prince William and his cousin Peter Phillips, walking behind Prince Andrew and Prince Edward, who were following Prince Charles and Princess Anne's lead at the front.

Only 30 guests have been able to attend due to coronavirus restrictions, including the Queen, the Duchess of Cambridge, Mike and Zara Tindall, Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, and Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank.

The Duchess of Sussex remains at home with their son Archie in Santa Barbara as she is heavily pregnant with their second child. Meghan and Harry relocated to America after announcing they would be stepping away from their duties as senior royals last year.

The royal couple sent a wreath to be laid during the service, which includes a handwritten note from Meghan, and specially selected flowers to represent Prince Philip's family lineage. The flowers include acanthus mollis (known as bear's breeches), the national flower of Greece, and eryngium, known as sea holly, to acknowledge his time in the Royal Marines.

The wreath also features campanula, which is said to symbolise gratitude and everlasting love, lavender to signify devotion, rosemary to symbolise remembrance, and roses in tribute to June, the month in which the Duke of Edinburgh was born.
