Prince Harry and Meghan Markle just took a MAJOR step in their relationship

Once we’re in a new relationship, eventually, it’s time for our significant other to meet our friends and family, as well as attend each other’s social functions. Well, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle took a MAJOR step in their relationship this past weekend, reported People. On May 6th, when the prince participated in the Audi Polo Challenge at Coworth Park Polo Club in Ascot, England, Markle was there, too, cheering him on.

Of course, we’ve heard about other times that Prince Harry and Markle were seen together doing couple-y things, such as attending a friend’s wedding and spending time with each other near Kensington Palace’s Nottingham Cottage.

However, the Audi Polo Challenge was the ~first time~ the couple has attended a public event together, according to People.

But, overall, the fact that Prince Harry and Markle are making things more public seems to suggest that things are ~definitely~ getting more serious between them. In addition, Entertainment Tonight reported that the couple kissed and embraced in the parking lot after the match. Awwwww.

Not only do we applaud Prince Harry for his polo match, but also for showing us more of his relationship with Markle, like her being there for him, cheering him on. One thing’s for sure: We keep cheering on their relationship, too, and love that they continue to give us #RelationshipGoals.
