Prince Harry's own wedding was almost overshadowed by the people's king, David Beckham, and a very famous Dior Homme morning suit.

Not to be outdone, the Duke of Sussex has grabbed the spotlight with an unusual - but excellent - wedding attire move of his own.

At the nuptials of his good friend Charlie van Strauzenbee (not a chalet-residing Bond villain, we promise), Prince Harry melded two unlikely colours - navy and black - into one cohesive outfit.

Once considered an unholy matrimony, the two shades make for happier bedfellows when the blues are dialled down.

And better yet, it's a welcome pivot from the ice cream shades of other waistcoats - a common sight at at the sort of weddings in which public schools are mentioned in the speeches and everyone chortles at men with names like Jenkins for getting bloody hooned and acting like bloody legends (what a guy).

The morning suit isn't just for the aristocracy, though. As a perennial wedding classic, it's enjoyed something of a revival, and you can get your own House of Windsor-approved look at all good tailors - no hereditary peerage necessary.
