Prince Harry comments on whether he plans to return as a senior working royal
Watch: Prince Harry can't see himself ever returning as a full-time royal
Prince Harry has given a verdict on whether he plans to return to the UK as a senior working royal – a question many fans have been wondering since the release of Netflix's Harry & Meghan docu-series, in which he dropped many royal bombshells.
Speaking to CBS' Anderson Cooper ahead of the release of his memoir next week, Prince Harry revealed that he doesn't see the revival of his royal career in his future. "Can you see a day when you would return as a full-time member of the Royal Family?" Anderson asks the Duke of Sussex, to which he quickly replies: "No."

The clip comes ahead of two exclusive interviews the Duke has given to ITV and CBS, that will air just days before the release of Spare, his much-anticipated memoir. Although it's unclear what exactly Harry will discuss in his book – if it's anything like his Netflix series, then it'll be a lot – promotional trailers for his interviews with ITV and CBS show him reflecting on the current relationships he has with the Royal Family.
In one teaser clip, Harry tells ITV News presenter Tom Bradby that it "didn't have to be this way" and that he wants "a family, not an institution". The Duke went on to say that the Royal Family have shown "absolutely no willingness to reconcile", but that he wants to "get his father back" and to "have his brother back".
The Palace is yet to respond publicly to the contents of Prince Harry's interviews with ITV and CBS, and Cosmopolitan UK has reached out for comment.
Harry: The Interview is available to watch on ITV1 and ITVX at 9pm on 8 January.
