Stars from Strictly Come Dancing and ITV daytime led the way at Monday night's Pride of Britain awards.

Fresh from Sunday's controversial results show, Mike Bushell and Katya Jones were among the first to arrive, with pro dancer Jones wearing a stunning blue gown.

Kelvin Fletcher and Oti Mabuse were also in attendance.

Holly Willoughby and the Good Morning Britain team led the famous faces from ITV.

Amanda Holden hobbled down the red carpet on crutches, having broken her leg on holiday last week.

The annual event celebrates heroes from up and down the country, commending extraordinary members of the public for acts of courage and often life-saving achievements.

Love Island runners up Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague looked suitably glam, with influencer Hague sporting a pale pink gown and high ponytail.

Carol Vorderman returned to host the ceremony, which took place at London's Grosvenor House Hotel and also counted Prince Charles among the guests.

Praising the event beforehand, Prince Charles said: “The wonderful thing about these awards is that they honour some of the most courageous people in society; those who put aside their own fears and act selflessly in the service of others.

“These are people who so often do not seek credit for their achievements, which is why the Pride of Britain Awards are so important – without them, the extraordinary contributions of these remarkable individuals may go unnoticed
