The Duchess of Cambridge arrived for yet another work outing on Wednesday wearing one of her favourite casual looks.

A pregnant Kate was seen arriving at London’s Robin Hood Primary School wearing a cosy-looking turtleneck knit by Temperley, her trusty skinny black jeans and a green Barbour jacket.

The 35-year-old royal proved her penchant for thriftiness by wearing £475 brown Penelope Chilvers boots that she was first spotted in way back in 2005.

Kate was at the school to celebrate their work with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Campaign for School Gardening.

While there, she was pictured on the floor with the children doing a spot of gardening in the school’s sensory garden.

The Duchess also heard about the benefits of learning outside as well as learning more about the 34,000 schools and groups involved in the gardening campaign.

On Tuesday, Kate told press outside the Foundling Museum that she was “absolutely thrilled” for her brother-in-law Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after the couple announced their engagement.

“It’s such exciting news. It’s a really happy time for any couple and we wish them all the best and hope they enjoy this happy moment,” she said.

The royal wedding will take place in May 2018, the month after Kate’s third baby is due.
