Proving that he would do whatever it took to help his client lose weight, this personal trainer piled on five stone so they could do it together.
The brilliantly-named Adonis Hill shocked Alissa Kane when he showed just how much weight he had put on for her benefit.
In fact, the 35-year-old from Brooklyn, New York, put on so much weight that he was told he was at risk of a heart attack.
Adonis gorged on junk food, eating doughnuts for breakfast, hot dogs and pizza for lunch and McDonald’s for dinner.

Combined with Oreo snacks and bottles of sugary drinks packed with sugar, Adonis was getting through an astonishing 8,000 calories a day.
When he finally showed his client the effects of three months of unhealthy eating and no exercise, she was overwhelmed at the gesture.
The pair then set to work at losing weight in an exercise and healthy eating regime that was documented for US TV show Fit To Fat To Fit.
School teacher Alissa herself had been overweight for most of her life and weighed 22 stone when Adonis - who had battled weight and depression in his twenties - began helping her.

The personal trainer explained that getting fit for a second time - having already lost over seven stone by the time he was 29 - was an uphill struggle.
He explained to Buzzfeed: “I was putting in a lot of work in the gym but eating right was hard this time because I was coming off an old addiction.
“I had to wean myself off unhealthy food.
“I forgot how hard it was.”
Adonis and Alissa exercised and changed their diet together, with the pair training for up to six days a week.

The pair also followed strict diets and cut out processed foods and takeaways - and four months later they have both lost over four stone.
Explaining how his method worked, Adonis wrote on Instagram: “Instead of asking her what are your fitness goals, I asked her: ‘what’s on your mind and what are your life goals?’
“I became her friend first then her trainer second.”
