Heartbreaking: Man Who Told Wife Of Her Own Pregnancy Films New Video Announcing Miscarriage

A couple who became Internet stars when the husband surprised his wife with her own pregnancy have filmed a new video announcing that she had a miscarriage.

The heartbreaking clip shows Sam and Nia Radar in tears as they share their devastating news - just one week after the pregnancy was announced to the world in spectacular fashion.

Sam, 29, managed to perform a pregnancy test without his wife knowing and, when the test confirmed Nia was pregnant, filmed himself telling her the news.

The clip went viral and has already been viewed over 10 million times.

But, just four days after the couple found out they were expecting, Nia suffered a miscarriage and the childhood sweethearts broke down as they spoke of their loss.

In the clip, titled ‘Our Baby Had A Heartbeat’, Nia says: “We were so happy and we were just laughing.

“We were just so overjoyed and it was like a huge celebration and then it just hit us like a bomb.

“For those of you who have experienced miscarriage before, I can relate now.

“I have felt my womb empty out.

“I never ever knew that women felt that way…

“I stood up and I felt empty.”

Sam then says: “We’re just so hurt but so thankful that God used us like this.”

Nia explained that she felt “annoyed” that she didn’t take a test sooner so that she could have bonded with the baby more.

The pair say now they feel stronger as a couple and made them more grateful for their children.

The NHS website states that around one in six of known pregnancies will end in miscarriage.

They add that many more miscarriages occur before a woman is even aware she has become pregnant.

Most women are able to have a healthy pregnancy after a miscarriage.
