Pizza Express Has Added Dough Balls With Vegan Garlic Butter To Its Menu
The Pizza Express menu is having a glow up! The iconic pizza restaurant chain has added a load of tasty-looking food and drink options to its menu, including a vegan version of the brand's iconic dough balls with garlic butter.
As well as new vegan dough balls, there are two new pizzas: the Romana Garlic Prawn pizza, which is, quite frankly, a seafood lovers’ dream. And the Romana Vegan Mezze: a feast for the eyes and taste buds with its smoky chilli chargrilled vegetables, spicy harissa, fresh rocket and hummus. Oh, and there's a vegan-friendly starter of Baked Garlic Mushroom topped with vegan mozzarella alternative, pine kernels and balsamic dressing.
Pizza Express’ famous Leggera pizza – the lighter, healthier pizza with a salad-filled hole in the middle – has had a recipe refresh, you'll be interested to hear. New Leggara pizza flavours include Pomodoro, Garlic Prawn and Quattro Verdure. Dreamy.
In the market for something sweet? Well, there are new desserts on offer too, including Sicilian Lemon and White Chocolate Roulade, Olive Oil and Blood Orange Ripple Gelato, Stracciatella Gelato and Vegan Watermelon Sorbet.
