(We always drink responsibly, mind you, and so should you.)
So, imagine our joy at hearing that a Pinot Grigio gin exists? That’s two of our favourite drinks of all time!
Ginato – an Italian gin brand – has created Pinot Grigio gin, which is made from Pinot Grigio grapes, Sicilian lemons and Tuscan juniper berries. All these flavours make for a super-drinkable, citrusy gin, that tastes just like the white wine.
The gin is also described by Ginato as having notes of pear and grapefruit, and has a honeyed finish. It’s recommended that you drink the gin, which has an ABV of 43%, with tonic. Or it’s also delicious when used to make a spritz cocktail. Think Aperol Spritz but with gin. Lovely stuff.
You can grab yourself a bottle for £30.95.
If Pinot Grigio gin’s not your thing (although, how could it not be?!), then Ginato also makes other flavoured gins. Ginato Clementino is flavoured with clementine and Nebbiolo grape, while Ginato Melograno tastes like pomegranate and Barbera grape. Then there’s Ginato Pompelmo, which is the most beautiful shade of pink, and tastes like pink grapefruit and Sangiovese grape.
Ginato really is spoiling us with all these gin options.
