Winter in Switzerland conjures up images of long days on the slopes followed by mulled wine and fondue in cosy wooden chalets. It's true that Switzerland is one of the best places in Europe for skiing, but there's more to winter in the Alps than winter sports if you're looking for a snow holiday.
