Peppermint Bark Cheesecake Is Back at The Cheesecake Factory for the Ultimate Christmas Dessert
If you’re someone who can’t get enough peppermint in their diet during the holidays, then let us add another festive treat to your must-have list. The Cheesecake Factory makes plenty of cheesecake flavors, but not all of them are offered year-round. That’s why we’re excited that the restaurant has brought back its Peppermint Bark Cheesecake for the 2020 holiday season.
Whether you need a refresher or this is your introduction to the coveted slice, let’s go over what’s in the candy cane-esque slice, shall we? The base is made up of a white chocolate cheesecake that’s swirled with chunks of chocolate peppermint bark. It’s topped with white chocolate mousse and chopped peppermint. Was anyone else sold after “white chocolate cheesecake”?
You can get the Peppermint Bark Cheesecake by the slice or in a 10-inch cake so you can share the love with your family this Christmas. It almost makes us want to skip dinner altogether and go straight for dessert. It is the holidays, after all!
“Our Peppermint Cheesecake Bark Cheesecake is a fan favorite that is available just for the holidays and we are happy to welcome it back to our menu,” David Overton, founder and CEO of The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated, said in a press release.

For every $25 in gift cards or eGift cards you purchase through the end of the year, you’ll receive a Slice of Joy Card that’s redeemable for a complimentary slice of cheesecake from Jan. 1, 2021 through March 31, 2021. We know that we should pass on that free slice to the person we send the gift card to, but it’s going to be hard to part ways when complimentary cheesecake is on the line.
