People On TikTok Are Making Biscoff Baked Oats And They Look Outrageous

Baked oats are in no way a new thing. But every time we see a new and exciting variation of the breakfast staple, we just get so darn excited.

Baked oats, which have become increasingly popular thanks to TikTok, can be made using all sorts of different flavours to make a delicious breakfast. Nutella baked oats are the bomb, raspberry and white chocolate baked oats are incredible, and now we’re obsessed with Biscoff baked oats.

TikTok is awash with Biscoff baked oats, and we love it! The combination of the tasty baked oats with the Lotus Biscoff spread is unbeatable in our opinion. And if you go all out and add Biscoff biscuit crumbs into the mix too, then you know you’re going to have a great time.

How to make Biscoff baked oats

Ingredients:

  • 45 g rolled oats

  • 1 banana

  • 1 large egg

  • 120 ml milk of choice

  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup

  • 3/4 tsp. baking powder

  • 4 tbsp. Biscoff spread

  • 2 Biscoff biscuits, crushed

  • Cooking spray

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 180ºC (160ºC fan). Grease a small baking dish. In a blender, grind oats until it is a fine powder and set aside. In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Whisk in egg, milk and maple syrup. Fold in ground oats and baking powder until it resembles a pourable batter.

  • Pour batter and drop 2 tbsp of the Biscoff spread in different spots throughout the batter. Using a butter knife, swirl Biscoff spread through batter.

  • Bake until golden and a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean, about 25 minutes.

  • Heat up the remaining Biscoff spread in the microwave for 15 seconds, or until it becomes runny. Then drizzle it across the top of the baked oats and sprinkle on the Biscoff crumbs.
